These allow the Master student to share their experience (mentor role) and to accompany the first-year student in their reflections on different opportunities at the School (e.g. student associations, study abroad periods) and the early stages of their career project.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluation of each MIV is based on students\u2019 implication in their missions (for which they are coached), and a reflective report they must submit at the end of the mission.<\/p>\n<p>A nice way to develop managerial competences <em>in-situ<\/em> and to prepare students\u2019 professional futures!<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#c1c1c1;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#dbdbdb;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;\"><strong>Testimonial from Marine LEBLANC, Master student at I\u00c9SEG:<\/strong> <em>\u201cI have decided to choose the MIV elective as part of my Master cycle courses because of the responsibilities given to me and the possibility to work with a group of 21 students.
