\"Honey\"I\u00c9SEG is pleased to announce that it is organizing on 5th March the second edition of its CSR Day<\/a>; a day of activities for staff and students on both campuses dedicated to corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.<\/p>\n

Organized in collaboration with the School\u2019s Center of excellence<\/a> for Organizational Responsibility (ICOR), the event gets underway in the afternoon with a number of different activities: do-it-yourself workshops, insect tasting, stands held by different I\u00c9SEG student associations (the Bureau de l\u2019Humainitare, ENACTUS<\/em>, etc.), activities related to disability awareness and more.<\/p>\n

In addition, two conferences will be held in the evening.<\/p>\n

On the Lille campus, a conference-debate (open to the public, and in French) will be organized on the theme \u201cInspire and implement a sustainable transition\u201d. This event is organized in the context of the award ceremony for the fourth edition of the ICOR Prize for the best student thesis on ethics, social responsibility and sustainability.<\/p>\n

During this conference-debate, the following speakers will be present:<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Isabelle Anton, Corporate Social Responsibility and Innovation Manager at IDKIDS
\n\u2022 Jean-Pierre Haemmerlein, Director of the D\u00e9cathlon Foundation
\n\u2022 Jan Noterdaeme, Co-founder of CSR Europe, a European network of companies related to CSR, which brings together 50 multinational corporations and 40 national organization partners in 33 countries in Europe.<\/p>\n

\"CSROn the La D\u00e9fense campus, professionals will hold a discussion with students during a conference on a CSR-related issue.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, students and staff have been invited to participate in the Big Idea Challenge<\/strong><\/em>. This challenge aims to provide members of the school with the possibility to propose new CSR ideas or activities for I\u00c9SEG. The winning team, made up of 2 or 3 people, will be announced during the CSR Day. This team will have the opportunity to implement its project in collaboration with I\u00c9SEG CSR Manager, Maria Castillo.<\/p>\n

\u201cCSR day heightens awareness about corporate social responsibility and sustainability for the staff, students, and others for their personal and professional life. It is perfectly in line with I\u00c9SEG\u2019s 2025 Vision to \u2018empower changemakers for a better society\u2019,\u201d explained Maria Castillo.<\/p>\n

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is at the heart of I\u00c9SEG and of its 2025 Vision: to be \u201ca unique international hub empowering changemakers for a better society\u201d. It is integrated transversally across all of the activities at the School, which has been committed for a number of years to important international and national CSR-related schemes, such as the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC)<\/a> and to the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME)<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
