Through this new strategy, I\u00c9SEG is developing learning opportunities in and beyond classroom walls for all the eco-system. Its content is designed to set a common base of knowledge for all staff about the IESEG approach to environmental and social issues and challenges. It addresses current challenges and avenues for innovation.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"plie-deplie-expand-container\">\r\n            <h4><i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>Module 3\u00a0&#8211; Dealing daily with Diversity<\/h4>\r\n            <div class=\"plie-deplie-content\">\r\n                <p><em>Core Module for everyone &#8211; 4h face to face <\/em><i>(if not done the previous years) <\/i><em>&#8211; from March 2023 to March 2024<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This module focuses on understanding cultural diversity and learning to work together.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"plie-deplie-expand-container\">\r\n            <h4><i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>Module 4 &#8211; Managing Diversity &#038; Inclusion<\/h4>\r\n            <div class=\"plie-deplie-content\">\r\n                <p><em>Core Module for everyone &#8211; 4h face to face <\/em><em>&#8211; from March 2023 to March 2024<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This module explores different concepts related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and how these may manifest in an organization. It discusses challenges associated with diversity and how people and organizations can facilitate inclusion.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"plie-deplie-expand-container\">\r\n            <h4><i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>Module 5 &#8211; Electives<\/h4>\r\n            <div class=\"plie-deplie-content\">\r\n                <p><em>Custom Module &#8211; 3-4h <\/em><i>dependent <\/i><i>individual<\/i><i> choice\u00a0<\/i><em>&#8211; from March 2023 to March 2024<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Module 5 provides the opportunity for staff to select a topic the interests them.
