Members review all of the courses and modules, and recommend content adjustment.<\/p>\n<p>This work group feeds the pedagogical team\u2019s reflection on the evolution of education in order to adapt \u00a0programs to companies\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EM0ltPshN0Y\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Get involved with I\u00c9SEG School of Management<\/h2>\n<p>You may want to join I\u00c9SEG as a lecturer, speaker or host of thematic seminars.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00c9SEG\u2019s main concern is to provide its students with quality academic education which is constantly in line with the reality of the professional world.<\/p>\n<p>That is the reason why the school relies on you and your industry and trade expertise in order to provide concrete evidence that illustrate the theories taught in class.<\/p>\n<p>These presentations are usually between 1hr 30 to 3 hours long and require very little preparation beforehand.<\/p>\n<p>You may also want to invest more time in a complete module of courses (18 hours on average).<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the courses provided in the Bachelor cycle (1st \u2013 3rd year), courses are taught in English or French. For the Master cycle (4th &#8211; 5th year), <strong>all classes are taught in English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You may want to participate in some of the following disciplines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team Management<\/li>\n<li>Sales Management<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources Management<\/li>\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n<li>International Negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Information Systems<\/li>\n<li>Operations Management<\/li>\n<li>Audit and Management Control<\/li>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<li>Economy<\/li>\n<li>Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurship<\/li>\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Help our students to better understand the business world<\/h2>\n<p>We organize half-day HR coaching workshops to prepare and help integrate our students into the business world. These workshops in English or French, last 30 minutes, during which the students will sell\u00a0themselves using\u00a0their CV. The session is followed by a debrief providing practical information and advice for improvement.<\/p>\n<p>This is a very important exercise because it enables students to acquire and use business language and techniques crucial for succeeding in employment interviews.
