As a result, the <em>Grande \u00c9cole<\/em>\u00a0Program provides personal and professional support for every student, from the first undergraduate year to the Master&#8217;s level.<\/p>\n<p>Different courses units, workshops and individual interviews are offered; you may contribute to any of these if you would like to share your expertise on a particular subject.<\/p>\n<p>Participating in workshops allows your company to both:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>understand the expectations of today&#8217;s young professionals, and<\/li>\n<li>find potential candidates for positions within your company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some examples of workshops:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual\u00a0resume editing<\/li>\n<li>Individual interview coaching<\/li>\n<li>Group interview coaching<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;How to sell yourself in 5 minutes&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Suggest a Company Challenge or Support an I\u00c9SEG Team in a Business Game<\/h2>\n<p>Each year, our students participate in several Business Games in addition to their formal studies at I\u00c9SEG. Some challenges are even incorporated into the curriculum, allowing students to obtain ECTS credits from the experience.<\/p>\n<p>Is your company organising its own challenge?
