\"LaThis one-day conference aims to be a stimulating academic and social event where researchers in the field of corporate finance and related study<\/strong> areas can interact with each other and present their work.<\/p>\n

Doctoral students who are at the advance stage of their dissertations are also invited to present their research to colleagues and experienced scholars.<\/p>\n

Call for Papers:<\/h3>\n

We encourage submissions of unpublished papers, both theoretical and empirical, from all areas of corporate finance. Papers must be in English. Please do not submit a paper that has already been accepted for publication in a journal. Up to 16 papers will be selected. If accepted, authors will be expected to serve as discussants and\/or session chairpersons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Paper submission procedure:<\/h3>\n

– Deadline for paper submission: May 1st, 2014<\/strong>,<\/p>\n

– Submitted files should be in a PDF format,<\/p>\n

– Please name the file by using the following template: LastName(s)_FullTitle.pdf (for example: MooreSmith_CorporateRestructuringAndStockReturns),<\/em><\/p>\n

– Please send PDF files electronically to: corporatefinanceday@ieseg.fr<\/a>,<\/p>\n

– Decisions will be communicated to the authors by mid-June 2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n
