class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The first stage of the Grande \u00c9cole Program, the Bachelor cycle gives students three years to grow academically, personally, and professionally. They acquire the fundamentals of management and a range of transferable skills while refining the career plans that will guide their choice of major in the Master\u2019s cycle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The curriculum is built on a foundation of core management disciplines (marketing, finance, accounting, economics, business ethics, etc.). It includes an introduction to artificial intelligence, approached as a tool to be questioned and mastered with a critical mind. This foundation is complemented by a People Skills and Humanities course, which helps each student develop a professional mindset, and by courses dedicated to corporate social and environmental responsibility, which lies at the heart of the School\u2019s vision: empowering changemakers for a better society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International exposure begins in the very first year, through courses taught in English, foreign languages, and an academic exchange or an international experience on campus. This exchange semester can take place in the Bachelor cycle, the Master cycle, or both.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the six semesters of the Bachelor cycle is dedicated to international experience:<br><span class=\"chevron-orange\"><strong>&gt;<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Exchange semester<\/strong>: it takes place in semester 4 or 5, between two semesters at I\u00c9SEG.<br><span class=\"chevron-orange\"><strong>&gt;<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Internationalization at home<\/strong>: students who do not go on exchange during the Bachelor cycle take semester 6 on the I\u00c9SEG campus.
