This collaborative process was based on a thorough analysis of the School\u2019s strengths, areas for improvement, its roots and values, as well as an identification of future trends in society and higher education.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>VISION for I\u00c9SEG<\/strong> which emerged from this collaborative effort was:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"titre3\">\u201cIn 2025, I\u00c9SEG will be a unique international hub empowering changemakers for a better society\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This Vision, reaffirmed by all stakeholders during the writing of the 2022-2027 strategic plan &#8220;Inspire &#8211; Connect &#8211; Transform&#8221;, has never been more relevant than today. Our ambition to train changemakers is all the more important given the scope of the environmental, social, societal and economic challenges that the world is currently facing and will face in the years to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Our mission:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>To educate managers to be inspiring, intercultural and ethical pioneers of change<\/li><li>To create knowledge that nurtures innovative leaders<\/li><li>To promote creative solutions for and with responsible organizations<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Our&nbsp;values (summarized by the acronym ARISE):<\/h2>\n\n\n    <ul class=\"liste-icons\">\r\n                <li><img class=\"icon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/picto-accomplishment.svg\" alt=\"Picto\"><p><span class=\"titre3\">Accomplishment<\/span><br \/>\nWe support members of the I\u00c9SEG community to go the \u2018extra mile\u2019, forging their own path and achieving meaningful goals in life.<\/p>\n<\/li>\r\n                <li><img class=\"icon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/picto-responsibility.svg\" alt=\"Picto\"><p><span class=\"titre3\">Responsibility<\/span><br \/>\nWe take into account the impact of all our decisions and activities on people, the planet and business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\r\n                <li><img class=\"icon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/picto-integrity.svg\" alt=\"Picto\"><p><span class=\"titre3\">Integrity<\/span><br \/>\nWe, students and staff, act ethically in a consistent way in all of our personal and\u00a0 professional activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\r\n                <li><img class=\"icon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/picto-solidarity.svg\" alt=\"Picto\"><p><span class=\"titre3\">Solidarity<\/span><br \/>\nWe pay particular care and attention to everyone by fostering inclusiveness in all our activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\r\n                <li><img class=\"icon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/picto-engagement.svg\" alt=\"Picto\"><p><span class=\"titre3\">Engagement<\/span><br \/>\nWe are actively, and collectively, committed to making a positive impact.<\/p>\n<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>The School has identified three principal axes to develop this unique positioning, to achieve its mission and its objectives:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>developing a unique student learning experience<\/li><li>the international reputation of research<\/li><li>and the international orientation of the School and its multicultural community<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These three principal axes are integrated into a global approach, based on the School\u2019s values, and notably the entire I\u00c9SEG community\u2019s strong sense of responsibility and engagement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u00c9SEG is an internationally oriented and highly rigorous school with a strong commitment to social responsibility.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":28,"featured_media":0,"parent":8,"menu_order":2,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.2 -
