No separate application is needed. Decisions will be made during admission commission and released along with admission decision.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"plie-deplie-expand-container\">\r\n            <h4><i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>I\u00c9SEG FINANCIAL SUPPORT <\/h4>\r\n            <div class=\"plie-deplie-content\">\r\n                <p><strong>I\u00c9SEG offers several type of financial aid and support to students.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LOAN OF HONOUR FROM I\u00c9SEG<\/strong><br \/>\nA 0% interest rate loan supported by I\u00c9SEG with monthly reimbursement facilities after students start working or getting a proper source of income.<\/li>\n<li><strong>I\u00c9SEG SCHOLARSHIP<\/strong><br \/>\nA tuition waiver deducted from the tuition fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Several student financial support commissions are held throughout the year.<\/p>\n<h3>All the applications must include the following documents:<\/h3>\n<p>(May vary according to the student financial situation)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A letter carefully explaining the reasons of the request and the financial situation of guarantors. The letter must contain all personal contacts details such as email, phone number\u2026<\/li>\n<li>An official revenue\/tax certificate of the previous two year of income of the guarantors (even in case of divorce) or any equivalent documents.<\/li>\n<li>Payslips of both the guarantors and the student of December and of the 3 months prior to the application,<\/li>\n<li>A bank certificate of the notification of the student loan refusal<\/li>\n<li>Any other document that will help assessing and understanding the financial situation of the student and their guarantors (proof of debts, loans, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other documents may be requested to complete the application on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your application should be sent by email to <a href=\"mailto:financialsupport@ieseg.fr\">financialsupport@ieseg.fr<\/a> or to <a href=\"mailto:inscription@ieseg.fr\">inscription@ieseg.fr<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I\u00c9SEG will keep students informed of the decision. An Aid proposal including a solution among those listed above will be sent to students whose application has been approved.<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note: the solutions proposed by I\u00c9SEG only intend to help students getting funds related with tuition fees.<\/em><\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"plie-deplie-expand-container\">\r\n            <h4><i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>Other Academic Scholarships<\/h4>\r\n            <div class=\"plie-deplie-content\">\r\n                <p><strong>The French government awards a certain amount of money every year to support international students studying in France. Most of these scholarships (or in French,<em> bourses<\/em>) are granted based on the recipient\u2019s program of study (the degree they will earn from a higher education institution), or the recipient\u2019s research projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The duration of your scholarship depends on the program of study or the work involved. However, your results while in France, such as exams and research, can affect how much money you are awarded.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"titre3\">Eiffel Scholarships<\/p>\n<p>The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is run by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and aims to support outstanding international students pursuing Master\u2019s or PhD studies in France. It seeks to train future decision-makers in priority fields such as science &#038; technology, economics &#038; management, law &#038; political science, and related disciplines.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarships are awarded through French institutions, which submit applications on behalf of selected candidates. Recipients receive a monthly allowance and support with certain expenses related to living and mobility in France.<\/p>\n<p>For more detailed information, please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusfrance.org\/en\/eiffel-scholarship-program-of-excellence\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Campus France website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"titre3\">Other academic funding<\/p>\n<p>All international students are encouraged to check with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusfrance.org\/en\/bursaries-foreign-students\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Campus France<\/a> and their own government to see if there are any scholarships available. This tool lists all of the assistance provided by the States (French and foreign), regional authorities, companies, foundations and institutes of higher education.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"chevron-orange\">&gt;<\/span> Filter your search by nationality, field and level of studies to find the assistance that corresponds to your profile: <a href=\"http:\/\/campusbourses.campusfrance.org\/fria\/bourse\/#\/catalog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">browse the catalog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and CROUS (regional student welfare center) also have a dedicated website for international students (in English), with a dedicated part on financial support and grants: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.etudiant.gouv.fr\/pid38613\/welcome-to-france.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Welcome to France&#8221;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>None<\/strong> of the postgraduate programs (the Specialized Masters) are eligible for the CROUS scholarships based on social criteria (or for most of the publicly funded scholarships).<\/p>\n<p>For more information, please <a href=\"mailto:inscription@ieseg.fr\">contact the Registration Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>FINS Student Loans<\/strong><br \/>FINS is part of EDUCATIVA, one of the largest organisations in Europe delivering educational services and products. FINS Student Loans benefit from the support of the European Investment Fund and the European Union which means students can access the loans without having a job, income, or any other guarantees.<\/p>\n<p>Value of Award: up to \u20ac25.000.<\/p>\n<p>Who is eligible for a FINS loan? Any EU citizen that wants to study in the EU, United Kingdom, Norway, or Switzerland and has a clean financial record. The scholarship is awarded to one woman with permanent residency in Hong Kong or Macau interested in pursuing the Global MBA \u2013Technology Project with Le Wagon program at I\u00c9SEG.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><br \/>The applicant must:<br \/>\n<span class=\"chevron-orange\">&gt;<\/span> be a woman with permanent residency in Hong Kong or Macau<br \/>\n<span class=\"chevron-orange\">&gt;<\/span> be enrolled in the Global MBA &#8211; Technology Project with Le Wagon program at I\u00c9SEG<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><br \/>The awardees of the scholarship receive the following benefits:<br \/>\n<span class=\"chevron-orange\">&gt;<\/span> 50% waiver on the tuition fee provided by I\u00c9SEG<br \/>\n<span class=\"chevron-orange\">&gt;<\/span> The Consulate General of France in Hong Kong will award a BCS (<em>Bourse de Couverture Sociale<\/em>) scholarship providing the laureate with the status of French government scholarship holder and covering the following benefits : social welfare, public liability and repatriation insurance, assistance in finding affordable accommodation (priority access to CROUS; subject to availability), Visa and Etudes en France platform fee waiver.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application and Selection Procedure<\/strong><br \/>The interested candidates must contact I\u00c9SEG directly for information on admission process and selection procedure for the scholarship.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"plie-deplie-expand-container\">\r\n            <h4><i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>Scholarships to go abroad<\/h4>\r\n            <div class=\"plie-deplie-content\">\r\n                <p><strong>There are also scholarships that help students to study or have a professional experience abroad in the framework of their studies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"titre3\">Erasmus Scholarship<\/p>\n<p>This scholarship is for students who are enrolled in an I\u00c9SEG program and would like to study or do an internship abroad in an institution or company in Europe during their studies.<\/p>\n<p>Students can benefit from a maximum of 12 months of mobility funding per study cycle (Bachelor&#8217;s, Master&#8217;s, Doctorate), for studies and\/or internships. Students can receive Erasmus funding only once. Eligible students will receive specific communication from I\u00c9SEG Departments in due time.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the foreign country\u2019s cost of living, the scholarship amount varies:<br \/>\n&gt; Between \u20ac420 and \u20ac520\/month for internship<br \/>\n&gt; Between \u20ac240 and \u20ac360\/month for studies<\/p>\n<p>The Erasmus scholarship is also available for Erasmus incoming exchange students to I\u00c9SEG: they should get in touch with their home university for details.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"titre3\">Mermoz Scholarship<\/p>\n<p>This scholarship is for students who are enrolled in an I\u00c9SEG program in Lille and would like to study or do an internship abroad in an institution or company outside the Erasmus program on studies and\/or internship, as well as for students going abroad on double-degree study programs.<\/p>\n<p>It is delivered by the Conseil R\u00e9gional Hauts-de-France, and applies to students from both Lille and Paris campuses<\/p>\n<p>The host country must be different from the student&#8217;s nationality. It is not eligible to students who are nationals of a member state of the European Union, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, as well as students from other countries who have lived in France for less than 2 years.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarship amount: maximum of \u20ac400\/month, depending on your family\u2019s revenue. In addition, there is a \u20ac300 stipend for travel expenses for scholarship students on social criteria.<\/p>\n<p>There is limited quota available. Students can receive Mermoz funding only once. Eligible students will receive specific communication from I\u00c9SEG Departments in due time.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"plie-deplie-expand-container\">\r\n            <h4><i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>Financial\/Administrative\/housing aid and other support<\/h4>\r\n            <div class=\"plie-deplie-content\">\r\n                <p class=\"titre3\">CAF housing subsidies<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>CAF<\/strong> (<em>Caisses d\u2019Allocations Familiales \/ <\/em>Welfare Office), among other missions, manages financial aid for housing.<\/p>\n<p>The possibility to receive the housing subsidy while in France is mainly based on your residence permit (applicable for EU and non-EU citizens who obtained the long stay VLSTS OFII visa) and length of stay. The amount depends on the amount of rent, your income, the type of accommodation and its location. It usually ranges from \u20ac30 to \u20ac250\/month. To benefit from this housing subsidy, you are required to create an account with the CAF, and open a French bank account.<\/p>\n<p>The housing subsidy does not take the first month of residency into account (if you apply in September, you will receive money from October), and you need to be in the same location for more than three months. In case of a shared apartment, every tenant can benefit from the CAF, but the amount will be divided between each individual depending on the amount of rent (each person must apply separately).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personalized housing assistance (<em>Aide Personnalis\u00e9e au Logement, APL<\/em><\/strong><em>):<\/em>The APL is available to all students who have signed a lease, regardless of their resources. In order to benefit from it, the housing must correspond to the State\u2019s criteria. For more information (in French): <a href=\"https:\/\/caf.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.caf.fr<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Useful information:<\/strong> if you are under 25, you may be able to qualify for these subsidies on a personal level. However, for families living in France, these subsidies cannot be combined with your family benefits (paid to your parents). This means that, if your parents are receiving benefits for you, they will no longer receive them once the housing benefits will be paid to you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The orientation week is essential for international students. I\u00c9SEG will make a presentation about the CAF and help all international students apply for it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"titre3\">Dispositif Visale<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.visale.fr\/#!\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visale<\/a> is financed by <em>Action Logement<\/em> (which used to be managed by CROUS). Students may request this before they sign rent contracts.<\/p>\n<p>Visale is free for students and landlords. It is a rental deposit system that guarantees the payment of rent and charges (up to 36 monthly payments) to the landlord in the event that the student tenant is unable to pay. However, the certification of a home insurance can be useful and requested by the owner. Concerning the VISALE guarantee, the rent is capped at 1,300 euros (1,500 euros for Paris). The tenant must be between 18 and 30 years old. Before moving in to the new housing, students should think of what needs to be done in order to have electricity for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fournisseurs-electricite.com\/demenagement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">move<\/a>.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"plie-deplie-expand-container\">\r\n            <h4><i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>Working part-time<\/h4>\r\n            <div class=\"plie-deplie-content\">\r\n                <p>If you are an <strong>EU citizen,<\/strong> there are NO restrictions on your opportunity to work in France.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a <strong>non-EU citizen,<\/strong> French law says that you have the right to work during your studies AS LONG AS you are enrolled in an academic institution that is open to the Student Social Security system. This means that, to work part-time while in France, you must have in your possession proper identification or <em>un titre de sejour<\/em> that is also valid during the duration of employment. French legislation now authorizes international students to work a <strong>maximum of 964 hours<\/strong> per year.<\/p>\n<p>A <em>carte de s\u00e9jour <\/em>is the proof that your right to study and work in France has been validated by OFII and the <em>Direction D\u00e9partementale du Travail, de l\u2019Emploi et de la Formation Professionelle<\/em> (DDTEFP).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"titre3\">Can an international student be paid for part-time work?<\/p>\n<p>There is a minimum salary law in France known as \u201c<em>le SMIC\u201d<\/em> (<em>Salaire Minimum Interprofessionnel de Croissance<\/em>), which is approximately \u20ac9 gross per hour (before the average 20% deduction for social security contributions).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> It is NO LONGER NECESSARY to obtain an APT (<em>Autorisation Provisoire de Travail<\/em>) to work during your studies (with the exception of Algerian students, for whom the APT status remains, as defined by the Franco-Algerian Accord of December 27, 1968).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Keep in mind that working part-time in France will not allow you to cover all your expenses \u2013 it can only provide extra income.
