Application and all administrative procedure are done through ALL La Catho.)<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/all-lacatho.fr\/en\/accomodation\/search\/residence-concordia\" target=\"_blank\">Discover the Concordia Residence<\/a> and make a request for <a href=\"https:\/\/logement.all-lacatho.fr\/All\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pre-booking Concordia accommodation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #fd9e00;\">&gt; <\/span>University Student Residence Halls<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.all-lacatho.fr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ALL<\/strong><\/a> offers several student residences in the university neighborhood. Those residences are usually quickly booked by French freshmen and international students, so apply in April\/May for fall semester and September\/October for spring semester at the latest.<br \/>\nImportant: your application will be processed only once the fee has been paid to ALL (this fee will be reimbursed if no room is available). As the ALL received many demands, it has previously been unable to cope with all housing applications. In consequence, we believe they will have only few opportunities for next semester. Thus, we advise you to have a look at the other options as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #fd9e00;\">&gt; <\/span>Studapart platform<\/strong><br \/>\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/ieseg.studapart.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">Studapart<\/a> platform offers all new students, whatever their program of study or nationality (French or international), access to a complete database of accommodation. This includes student residences and individual housing located close to I\u00c9SEG campuses.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #fd9e00;\">&gt; <\/span>Private residences<\/strong><br \/>\nIn some cases, the landlord \/ agency may ask for a \u201cgarant\u201d living in France (relative guarantying the payment of the rent in case you can\u2019t pay anymore). Some residences ask students to contract <a href=\"https:\/\/garantme.fr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Garantme<\/strong><\/a> to be their guarantor.<\/p>\n<p>We suggest not being too \u201cpicky\u201d in choosing a place to stay: you may find something which is 30\/45 minutes from the campus, but Lille is built at a very human scale, you can easily walk to reach your destination or use our efficient network of transportation (cheaper rates for students).
