{"id":169633,"date":"2024-12-31T11:12:31","date_gmt":"2024-12-31T10:12:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/?post_type=testimonial&#038;p=169633"},"modified":"2024-12-31T11:13:23","modified_gmt":"2024-12-31T10:13:23","slug":"albane-rouviere","status":"publish","type":"testimonial","link":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/testimonial\/albane-rouviere\/","title":{"rendered":"Albane ROUVIERE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I graduated with a French baccalaureate in Bordeaux and then joined I\u00c9SEG on the Paris campus in the first year of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/specialized-masters\/grande-ecole-programme-5-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grande \u00c9cole Program<\/a>. I chose this program because it allowed me to commit to a 5-year journey, including both the Bachelor and Master cycles. My path was clearly laid out. This program offers multiple internship opportunities with different educational goals each year, as well as the possibility to go on an exchange starting from the second year\u2014and twice during the entire program.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I went on a 4-month exchange to Milan, which allowed me to experience new teaching methods, broaden my understanding of other cultures, and make international friends with whom I am still in contact today. In my third year, I was in charge of the Communication division of the TedxIESEG Paris association. This experience taught me how to manage a team, consistently demonstrate creativity to propose interesting and enriching content, as well as maintain rigor and regularity in publishing schedules.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After graduating, I became a sales representative in the mass retail sector for Andros France in Bordeaux. I was responsible for a region covering 55 stores, where my primary tasks involved supporting and advising clients on optimizing their product ranges, negotiating the integration of new innovations on shelves, and setting up promotional campaigns. Since September, I have been working for Andros UK in London as a National Account Manager.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My third-year internship at Unilever as a junior field manager was a real turning point in my career. I found this opportunity thanks to I\u00c9SEG and its partnership with the company. This internship helped me discover what I wanted to do later, as I truly fell in love with the field and the job. It also paved the way for me to join Mondelez International for my final-year internship and, eventually, Andros with a permanent contract after completing my 5 years at I\u00c9SEG.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One particularly memorable moment was during the international exchange announcement assemblies when everyone finds out their destination. It\u2019s such an emotional moment\u2014I cried tears of joy after both assemblies!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also hold dear the moments I shared with the friends I made during my time at I\u00c9SEG.
