BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN MANAGERS & TECH DESIGNERS

The Bachelor in Management & Tech Design is a three-year program designed for students eager to excel as managers in the Tech world.

Through a balance of theory, learning by doing, teamwork and professional mentoring, they will gain the skills needed to lead digital projects under significant business constraints.

In partnership with RUBIKA, a private higher education institution specializing in Video Games, 2D/3D Animation, and Design.

A comprehensive education based on four key pillars: in-depth learning of management and tech design fundamentals, tutoring by working professionals, personal development at the core of the training, and a comprehensive Career Program dedicated to professional development.

Renowned international faculty with high-level academic achievements, cutting-edge research and recognized professional expertise.

Through a minimum of three internships (totaling at least seven months) and three capstone projects, students gain hands-on experience, expand their professional network, and apply their skills to real-world business challenges.

The opportunity to study on three campuses across two countries—Valenciennes and Lille in France, and Montréal in Canada.

Hands-on approach with 3 annual capstone projects

The program mindset is based on interdisciplinarity, real-life cases and teamwork as well as the necessary theoretical framework required for managerial positions, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Each year, students pilot, realize and produce a team project, with coaching by both a faculty member and a tech professional.

Preparing for the corporate world, being immersed in it, meeting today’s players to become tomorrow’s managers are all components of an IÉSEG and RUBIKA student’s career.

By joining the program, students take on the challenge of building an innovative startup, benefit from a unique international experience across two countries and three campuses—Valenciennes and Lille in France ; Montréal in Canada—and gain valuable professional experience through internships at the end of each academic year.
