I chose the Master of Science in Big Data Analytics for Business at IÉSEG School of Management for different reasons. Firstly, given my experience and skill set, the structure and content of the program are in line with what I am looking for in an MSc program and should significantly contribute towards a successful career.
The balance between the hard and soft skills taught are ideal for a future Data Scientist. The methodological and technical aspects of the program will certainly help to address my skill gaps. Being bilingual in Canada is certainly a great professional advantage.
Therefore, the compulsory French language course, complimented by living in France, are like undertaking a French immersion program whilst studying for my MSc.
