Mondial Relay by InPost and IÉSEG join forces to support the next generation of talent
Mondial Relay by InPost, a leading provider of out-of-home delivery solutions and France’s leading parcel locker network, has joined forces with IÉSEG as a corporate partner. The partnership aims to bring the business world and students closer together, reflecting a shared belief that developing future talent starts with meaningful connections, knowledge sharing, and hands-on exposure to the realities of the workplace.
“This partnership with Mondial Relay by InPost is a natural fit with the broad range of career paths our School prepares students to pursue, from digital and data-related roles to operations, financial controlling, and business development. As InPost Group continues to expand across Europe and strengthen its international presence, this partnership gives our students direct access to career opportunities in fast-changing industries. It also helps us ensure that our academic programs remain closely aligned with the evolving needs of businesses. Through work-study opportunities in particular, students will be able to build their expertise while gaining valuable professional experience. More broadly, this partnership reflects a shared ambition to nurture local talent and prepare the next generation of professionals to take on tomorrow’s challenges,” says Marie-Liesse Douroux, Director of Corporate Relations France at IÉSEG
Showcasing the full range of career opportunities and expertise
For Mondial Relay by InPost, this partnership is an opportunity to give students a better understanding of the many career paths available within the company and connect with a diverse pool of talent capable of supporting its strategic transformation. From marketing, e-commerce, and finance to digital transformation, data, and operational support, career opportunities extend well beyond logistics.
Seven IÉSEG graduates already work in support functions at Mondial Relay by InPost. The partnership will build on this existing connection by raising awareness of the company’s career opportunities and giving students more opportunities to explore its business activities, meet its teams, and learn about its challenges. Internships, work-study programs, gap-year placements, and entry-level positions will all be part of this effort.
The partnership also benefits from the two organizations’ strong presence in the Lille and Paris regions. Mondial Relay by InPost’s headquarters, home to most of its support functions, is located in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, in the Lille metropolitan area. The company also has a second office in central Paris, where part of its senior leadership team is based, just steps away from IÉSEG’s two campuses. This geographical proximity creates further opportunities for collaboration and meaningful exchanges between students and professionals.

“Our partnership with IÉSEG is a great opportunity to show students what working at Mondial Relay by InPost is really like and, more importantly, to get them involved in the business challenges we tackle every day. For example, we could have students work alongside our teams on projects involving logistics optimization or customer experience. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with the School by creating more opportunities to engage with students and expanding our internship, work-study, and recruitment initiatives. We already have several IÉSEG graduates working at Mondial Relay by InPost, and this partnership will also help prepare our managers to welcome, mentor, and support the next generation of talent,” explains Arméline JOLY, Director of Talent Attraction and Employee Experience at Mondial Relay by InPost .
Building a lasting partnership through meaningful engagement
A key priority of the partnership is to give Mondial Relay by InPost a more active role in IÉSEG’s academic life, creating opportunities for the company to share its expertise and bring real-world business challenges into the classroom.
Planned initiatives include:
> Contributing to the continuous improvement of academic programs: Mondial Relay by InPost professionals will take part in program review committees in areas such as finance, auditing, and consulting. Their industry insights will help ensure that course content and learning objectives keep pace with market developments and evolving employer expectations.
> Bringing industry expertise into the classroom: Company representatives will lead sessions on topics such as logistics, e-commerce, corporate social responsibility (CSR), customer relations, and innovation. Career presentations, case studies, and first-hand insights from industry experts and IÉSEG alumni will give students a closer look at the company’s business and professional opportunities throughout the academic year.
> Taking part in key School events: These include admissions interview panels, the Career Fair, and other major events bringing students and businesses together.
> Giving students priority access to career opportunities: Internship, apprenticeship, and full-time job openings will be posted on IÉSEG’s Career Center platform with a dedicated “Partner Opportunity” designation, giving them greater visibility.
> Taking part in the School’s main career events to strengthen connections with students and identify future talent.
These new initiatives build on a range of successful activities already developed through the joint efforts of Claire PÉE, Corporate Relations Officer France at IÉSEG, and Marie DECLERCQ (IÉSEG Class of 2024 Grande École Program), Employer Branding and School Relations Officer at Mondial Relay by InPost. Both have played an instrumental role in establishing the partnership and continue to work closely together to coordinate and develop the relationship between the two organizations.
The Sales Challenge is a great example of this collaboration in action. In 2026, Mondial Relay by InPost challenged students with a B2B sales negotiation scenario. Business Development students took part in a role-play exercise in which they had to convince major retailers to add parcel lockers to their store networks. It was a chance to put their sales skills to the test in a situation closely resembling a real-world business negotiation.
Another example was the Career Bootcamp, held in 2025. As part of a workshop entitled “The First 100 Days at Work,” Mondial Relay by InPost employees shared their experiences and practical advice with final-year Bachelor’s students, helping them prepare for the transition from university to professional life.
Supporting the IÉSEG Foundation and sharing common values
The commitment to developing future talent also reflects the values promoted by Mondial Relay by InPost and InPost Group: taking initiative, embracing an entrepreneurial mindset, being able to innovate and adapt, and recognizing the power of collective effort.
These principles closely align with IÉSEG’s own values and the mission of its Foundation. As part of its commitment, Mondial Relay by InPost has also chosen to become a corporate donor to the IÉSEG Foundation, helping fund its Equal Opportunity Scholarships. This support reflects a broader understanding of what it means to invest in talent. Giving students the resources to develop their skills and pursue their career ambitions also means ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to access higher education and reach their full potential.
“For IÉSEG, a successful corporate partnership is about much more than helping students find jobs. It is about building lasting connections between students and businesses while contributing to a more inclusive society. Our partnership with Mondial Relay by InPost brings this ambition to life through both career opportunities for our students and a tangible commitment to equal opportunity. It also creates opportunities to explore new areas of collaboration and spark important conversations, including around disability inclusion. There is still much we can accomplish together, and that is one of the most valuable aspects of this partnership,” concludes Marie-Liesse DOUROUX.
