Throughout the program, you will navigate through six Integrative Modules — from business foundations and strategy to leadership, innovation, and specialization. Two international Learning Expeditions will help you develop a global mindset. A Capstone Project will translate learning into a tangible deliverable. And the MIKE moments (Module Integrative Keynote & Experience) will bring the outside world in: executives and thinkers who will challenge your assumptions and expand what you believe is possible.

Objectives of the Global MBA
The Global MBA at IÉSEG provides all the skills essential to leadership roles. The emphasis is on managerial performance, and the curriculum is rigorous and demanding. It has a practical learning approach through case studies, simulations, experiential activities, class discussions and group projects.

Master Degree
Upon successful completion of the program, students get the State-recognized ‘Grade de Master’ for this Global MBA (“Diplôme de Direction des Activités et des Projets dans un Contexte International – DDAPCI”).
The degree is delivered by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, and registered with the French RNCP (the National Registry of Professional Certification) under the number RNCP39435.
