The Global MBA offers a solid curriculum on general management topics such as leadership, finance, human resources, and strategy, taught by highly experienced experts that will bring the best practices of the professional world.
On top of the core modules, participants will be able to customize their MBA path by choosing among different elective courses as well as their capstone project.
The capstone project allows participants to apply, at the same time, the knowledge gained during the program and their personal experience.

Course content
The Global MBA is designed to enable participants to apply knowledge in different international contexts and situations.
The program is offered on a full-time basis and consists of 13 to 16 months including course modules and a capstone project. The curriculum provides a strong foundation of theoretical knowledge, business and leadership skills.

In addition to the electives available for you to choose from after completing the core modules, you will also be able to tailor your capstone project.
Consulting & Business Innovation
This specialization allows individual students to engage with an organization and gain meaningful, real-world experience as part of their MBA program. Students take a holistic approach to improving the organization’s performance in a specific domain by applying the knowledge acquired during the coursework period.
AI & Business with the Wagon
This specialization is designed to incorporate the challenges of increasingly converging tech and business ecosystems that require different sets of skills. Participants who chose this specialization will have opportunities to deepen their knowledge in business-related technology with relevant electives. After their coursework period, participants will spend time at our partner school, Le Wagon, renowned as one of the best tech schools with a presence worldwide.
Entrepreneurship for impact with IÉSEG Incubator
This specialization provides a one-of-a-kind chance for participants to engage meaningfully in creating a new business or developing an existing one in new regions or domains. During the coursework, participants focus on acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills needed to adopt a holistic, multifunctional approach to business.
Business Research
This specialization is designed to enable participants to integrate their learning from the program into a substantial piece of academic work, thus demonstrating their expertise in a specific domain.
Learning expeditions
The Global MBA program offers two immersive learning expeditions in two European countries. You will have the opportunity to discover new ways of learning through expert-led sessions, hands-on projects and business visits.
These expeditions are designed to provide deep insights into core business disciplines and company challenges. You will engage with professors, top executives, and industry experts. Cultural activities will also be part of the program, which will foster team bonding and cultural exploration.
Workshops and Corporate Events
Alongside the courses, the program includes various workshops and corporate events to further develop your personal and professional skills. These cover a range of topics, such as conflict management in cross-cultural environments and intercultural communication.
