IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris: best Junior Enterprise in France, best Consulting Project
Each year, IÉSEG CONSEIL Groupe (operating across the Lille and Paris-La Défense campuses) strengthens its position as a leading name in the world of student consulting. Through its two Junior Enterprises, IÉSEG supports over 100 companies of all sizes — from major players like Danone, Decathlon, LCL, and Adecco, to SMEs, mid-size businesses, and entrepreneurs. Together, they generate annual revenue of €650,000 and maintain a client satisfaction rate exceeding 97%.
At the National Summer Congress of the Confédération Nationale des Junior-Entreprises, IÉSEG CONSEIL Groupe received major recognition for its outstanding year: IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris was named Best Junior Enterprise in France after winning the Excellence Award, and also took home the EY Award for Best Consulting Project.
Meanwhile, IÉSEG CONSEIL Lille earned a top-three spot for the Best Communication Strategy Award, presented by Saint-Gobain.
IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris named best Junior Enterprise in France
Founded in 2013, IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris represents a new generation of ambitious, disciplined students who are deeply engaged with today’s business challenges. After being named to the “Top 6” list of French Junior Enterprises (L6) for the first time in 2023, the team took a significant step forward this year. Through strategic reflection — including a full annual review of their operations — they increased both client satisfaction and the value delivered to partner organizations.
As a finalist alongside AMJE (Arts et Métiers) and ETIC INSA Technologies, IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris made history by winning the 2025 Excellence Award, officially naming them the Best Junior Enterprise in France.
“Being named Best Junior Enterprise in France is an incredible source of pride. It recognizes our excellence across the board — from the quality of our processes and our business performance to the real impact we deliver to clients. It also reflects our deep commitment to the Junior Enterprise Movement, particularly through mentoring newer organizations and promoting entrepreneurship among young people. This award celebrates the hard work of a united, ambitious, and dedicated team, as well as the legacy built by those who came before us. This title is not just an honor — it’s a promise of continued excellence,” says Maxime BLANQUET, Vice President of IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris.
IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris Wins EY Award for Best Consulting Project

The EY Award for Best Consulting Project honors Junior Enterprises that demonstrate outstanding responses to real-world business challenges. After submitting a detailed case, finalists were invited to present in front of a jury of senior consultants and partners at EY’s headquarters in the Tour First in Paris.
IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris won the award for a study conducted for Toyota, focused on accelerating sales of their electric utility vehicles. By surveying 1,500 tradespeople and fleet managers, the team identified key barriers and drivers to EV adoption and proposed short-term, actionable solutions to help Toyota meet its objectives. The results were tangible: Toyota recorded a measurable sales increase within just three months, contributing to compliance with quotas required by France’s Loi Climat et Résilience.
As a finalist for the third year in a row, IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris continues to demonstrate its ability to deliver high-level insights and solutions for top-tier clients.
“As President of IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris, I’m incredibly proud that our work for Toyota has been recognized by EY. This award confirms the strength of our methodology. But more than that, it reflects our ability to adapt to any client — from major players like Sonepar, Decathlon, or Adecco, to mid-sized businesses, SMEs, and innovative start-ups. For each of the 70 clients we serve annually, we apply the same rigor, energy, and tailored approach to help them tackle their unique challenges and accelerate growth,”
says Margot DERRIEN, President of IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris.
“IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris brought strong energy, availability, and professionalism to our project. The team was attentive to our needs, offered tailored solutions, and respected all deadlines. Their deliverables were relevant and in-depth, contributing directly to the development of our EV strategy,”
Kamel CHENNOUF, Fleet Brand Manager at Toyota.
IÉSEG CONSEIL Lille Finalist for Saint-Gobain Award for Best Communication Strategy

For the second consecutive year, IÉSEG CONSEIL Lille was a finalist for the Best Communication Strategy Award, presented by Saint-Gobain, alongside École du Louvre Junior Conseil and DeVinci Junior.
The Lille team was recognized for a communication strategy that harnesses current trends and digital innovation to modernize and energize their brand. Faced with questions like “How do we stand out?”, “How do we build a young, professional, and recognizable brand?”, and “How do we create lasting engagement?”, the team developed a clear vision:
To position themselves as an educational and inspiring media outlet, fully aligned with digital trends.
Their strategy focused on three pillars: Visibility: Maintaining a strong online presence with bold, creative formats and trend-driven content ; Influence: Building meaningful impact by showcasing their work and engaging with relevant educational and social topics ; Sustainability: Embedding communication as a strategic pillar — training, structuring, and passing on this culture to future teams.
By leveraging precise KPIs (e.g., campaign performance, CSR communication impact, media reach), IÉSEG CONSEIL Lille demonstrated the real effectiveness and long-term value of its approach.
“I’m incredibly proud that we’ve been recognized once again as a finalist for the Best Communication Strategy Award. This reflects the vision and effort the whole team has invested in creating a strong, coherent, and value-driven strategy. It’s a reward for our collective work and confirms the direction we’ve taken — toward a modern, distinctive, and authentic communication style. For us, this nomination isn’t the finish line, but a milestone. Our strategy is built for the long term, with the ambition to keep innovating and promoting our expertise and impact,” shares Manon NOVEL, Head of Communication at IÉSEG CONSEIL Lille.
“Congratulations to IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris for winning the 2025 Excellence Award, which recognizes the best Junior Enterprise in France. This achievement reflects the dedication, professionalism, and high standards that define our movement. As President of the CNJE — and a proud alumna of IÉSEG Lille — I’m especially happy to see my school shine through the outstanding work of both its Junior Enterprises,” comments Océane TOMIETTO, President of the CNJE and former Vice President of IÉSEG CONSEIL Lille.
“Junior Enterprises are a bridge between business education and real-world experience. They give students the opportunity to apply their skills in strategy, sales, and team management, among others. I want to congratulate IÉSEG CONSEIL Paris on being named Best Junior Enterprise in France — a result of collective commitment and the legacy of strong work from previous teams,”
Caroline ROUSSEL, Dean of IÉSEG
IÉSEG extends its warmest congratulations to the entire IÉSEG CONSEIL Groupe for their remarkable achievements and for proudly representing the School to clients and partners throughout the year.
