IÉSEG School of Management and Delos, a French start-up specializing in generative artificial intelligence, have announced a strategic partnership to integrate AI across all of the School’s departments, benefiting both academic and administrative teams.

Since January 2023, IÉSEG has focused on AI as a crucial part of its transformation, putting it at the center of its strategy. The School has launched a systemic approach to artificial intelligence, combining awareness, training, and support for its entire community. This transformation is jointly led by two major departments: the Information Systems Department (DSI) and the Pedagogy Department of IÉSEG.

These two departments have involved the School’s entire ecosystem to enhance both undergraduate and executive programs, launch AI-focused certificates and custom learning paths for corporate leaders, as well as provide personalized student support through AI mentors, encourage faculty to adapt their teaching tools and design specialized course modules, and promote a sustainable and inclusive AI culture at IÉSEG.

Through this strategic partnership with Delos, IÉSEG is equipping its staff with a state-of-the-art AI solution. The initiative aims to integrate generative AI into all internal processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support a responsible digital transformation across the School.

To ensure long-term adoption, mandatory training will be provided to all staff before the platform is deployed.

Founded by Pierre and Thibaut de la Grand’rive, Delos represents a new generation of French AI companies. IÉSEG staff will have access to the Delos Portal and its integrated applications: Assistant (secure conversational agent), Docs (smart drive with natural language query), Trad (real-time document translation), Recap (automatic meeting summaries), Scribe (text editor), Explore (internet search and synthesis), and Actu (automated monitoring).
