The IÉSEG Foundation welcomes two new board members
The IÉSEG Foundation continues to build momentum with the appointment of two new board members, Anne-Laure THOMAS and Vincent DUBOIS, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to equal opportunity and social inclusion. This collective dynamic was recently highlighted at the Foundation’s 2026 New Year’s Reception, a flagship gathering for the IÉSEG community, which brought together more than 100 guests on the Paris–La Défense campus.
As part of its ongoing development, the Foundation has welcomed two new members to its Management Committee: Anne-Laure THOMAS, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director at L’Oréal, and Vincent DUBOIS, President of DLPK and an IÉSEG alumnus (1997). While their professional paths differ, they share a common belief: talent should have access to an education of excellence, regardless of social or economic background.

A shared commitment to oppportunity and inclusion
For Anne-Laure THOMAS, joining the IÉSEG Foundation is a natural extension of her professional engagement. Convinced that talent is everywhere, she emphasizes the importance of acting at the higher education level to remove financial barriers and promote truly diverse student communities. In her view, inclusion is not only a social responsibility, but also a powerful driver of innovation, fairness, and long-term performance within organizations.
Deeply connected to IÉSEG as an alumnus, Vincent DUBOIS sees his own involvement with the Foundation as a way to give back and strengthen the bond he has maintained with the School throughout his career. Committed to equal opportunity and academic excellence, he is eager to support the Foundation’s growth, particularly by contributing to the development of its initiatives and fundraising efforts. For him, joining the Management Committee represents a natural continuation of the lasting impact IÉSEG has had on his professional journey.
Together, they further reinforce a governance structure that remains true to IÉSEG’s core values while actively preparing for the future.
Expanding access to higher education
The IÉSEG Foundation plays a central role in supporting students from all backgrounds by helping them access and succeed in higher education. Through its Equal Opportunity, Excellence, and Entrepreneurship scholarships, the Foundation addresses student financial hardship while enabling talented and deserving students to pursue their ambitions. Beyond financial support, the Foundation also highlights the individual journeys and successes made possible through its actions, helping to raise awareness and mobilize long-term engagement around the cause of equal opportunity.
A flagship event bringing the IÉSEG community together

This shared commitment was clearly reflected at the Foundation’s New Year’s reception, held on January 13, 2026. Marked by generosity and bold initiative, the event included the awarding of scholarships by corporate partner Cofidis Group, supporting 55 students on the Lille campus during the 2025–2026 academic year. Fundraising initiatives led by the Student Federation further demonstrated the strong involvement of the entire IÉSEG community.
Student testimonials offered powerful reminders of the tangible impact of the Foundation’s support. Flore, a Master’s student in Finance, shared how the Foundation enabled her to resume her studies, while Baptiste and Noah, also Master’s students, highlighted how this financial support allows many students to fully pursue their academic and professional ambitions.
Supported by a committed network of students, alumni, corporate partners, and donors, the IÉSEG Foundation continues to work toward a more open, inclusive School—true to its mission of educating future changemakers.
