IÉSEG and PKF Arsilon partner to empower talent and drive organizational transformation

In today’s fast-moving economic landscape—shaped by technological shifts, sustainability mandates, and rapidly evolving career paths—the synergy between higher education and the corporate world is more vital than ever. Aligning academic theory with real-world professional practice enriches curricula and ensures students are fully equipped to tackle the complex challenges facing organizations today.

At IÉSEG, these corporate partnerships provide students with invaluable opportunities to gain hands-on experience, engage with industry leaders, and shape their career trajectories. Through expert-led workshops, case studies, internships, work-study programs, and dedicated networking events, these collaborations boost student employability while providing deep insights into current labor market expectations

Building on this momentum, IÉSEG has officially launched a partnership with PKF Arsilon. Formalized on January 21 in the presence of Franck Glédel, President of PKF Arsilon, and Charlotte Gravier, HR Director, this agreement marks a significant milestone in the collaboration between the School and major players in the consulting and auditing industry.

PKF Arsilon: committed to empowering entrepreneurs

As a leading audit, accounting, and consulting firm, PKF Arsilon drives entrepreneurs and executives through their development, performance, and transformation journeys. With nearly 1,000 employees, the firm is experiencing steady growth driven by a strategy rooted in innovation, excellence, and agility.

Beyond its technical expertise, the firm holds a strong vision of corporate social responsibility. Recently becoming a “mission-driven company”, PKF Arsilon has formalized its commitment to making a positive impact on societal and environmental issues. This commitment is reflected in initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion, continuous skill development, and a healthy work-life balance.

These values resonate deeply with IÉSEG’s mission to train responsible professionals capable of thriving in complex, changing environments. The collaboration between IÉSEG and PKF Arsilon is built on a shared vision: nurturing talent, supporting career growth, and shaping the decision-makers of tomorrow.

“As our professions undergo profound transformations, our partnership with IÉSEG reflects a clear ambition: to invest in education, expertise, and the future of our industry,” explains Franck Glédel, President of PKF Arsilon.

A partnership built on training and employability

The partnership between IÉSEG and PKF Arsilon stems from a mutual desire to strengthen the bridge between academic learning and professional practice.

More than 10 IÉSEG students have already joined the firm for internships in audit, accounting, and consulting. This agreement will further solidify these ties, expanding opportunities for internships, work-study placements, gap-year positions, and full-time recruitment for both students and recent graduates.

Beyond career prospects, the partnership facilitates regular interaction between PKF Arsilon teams and students. Through industry conferences, case studies, and employee testimonials, students will gain a firsthand understanding of the audit and consulting sectors while benefiting from the experience of active professionals.

The firm’s experts will also contribute to the School’s ongoing curriculum reviews. By participating in academic boards—particularly in finance, audit, and consulting—PKF Arsilon will help ensure that teaching remains aligned with market needs and evolving industry standards.

Finally, dedicated events will be held annually on the Lille and Paris campuses to bring students and firm representatives together. These sessions—ranging from career fairs and job presentations to recruitment workshops and mock interviews—will provide students with the tools they need to navigate the transition into the workforce.

“Corporate partnerships are at the heart of IÉSEG’s educational model. they create concrete pathways between academic training and professional reality. Our collaboration with PKF Arsilon is particularly valuable as it allows our students to explore key roles in audit and consulting while learning from professionals committed to organizational transformation,” adds Laure QUEDILLAC, Director of Corporate Relations at IÉSEG.

Through this collaboration, IÉSEG reaffirms its commitment to building long-term partnerships with purpose-driven companies, enriching the student experience and preparing them to thrive in demanding and ever-changing professional environments.
