IÉSEG welcomes the Advancement Academy’s Leadership Programme for University Development

Our Paris campus welcomed the Advancement Academy’s Leadership Programme for University Development (LPUD) organized by our partner, the University of Stellenbosch Business School (South Africa), from 14 to 17 September. This programme, taking participants to Stellenbosch, London, Paris and Dubai, aimed at providing African vice-chancellors, president, principals, deputy vice-chancellors, and chief advancement officers insight into the potential for institutional advancement to implement their strategic vision. It was uniquely positioned to give participants access to established leaders in the advancement field, exposure to potential donors and a community of peers who will sustain them in their on-going advancement development efforts.
Speakers were from French and foreign universities, as well as companies (Nokia, L’Oréal Foundation, AXA Research Fund). The results of this programme will be presented at the Conference of the Association of African Universities in 2013.
