IÉSEG strengthens partnership with ADEO and Leroy Merlin France to support tomorrow’s talents

Long-standing partners—IÉSEG, ADEO, and Leroy Merlin France—have formalized a partnership aimed at strengthening already established ties. The goal is to provide IÉSEG students with privileged access to concrete professional experiences and to help both companies better promote the diverse career opportunities they offer.

A long-term collaboration

ADEO and Leroy Merlin France are among IÉSEG’s most loyal partners. They are actively involved in the school’s life, participating in major events and recruiting interns and apprentices annually. To date, over 55 IÉSEG graduates work in these two companies, including Agathe MONPAYS, CEO of Leroy Merlin France.

A rich, concrete, and varied action plan

The partnership will result in a dense and structured action plan designed to immerse students in the current and future challenges of ADEO and Leroy Merlin France. It includes educational interventions in courses (for example, on the impacts of digital transformation), testimonies from professionals, and collaborative formats such as Corporate Talks, where topics such as the articulation between performance, ethics, and responsibility in marketing functions are discussed.

Students will also have the opportunity to participate in business games, such as the one offered since 2024 in the Master in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce apprenticeship program. Professional webinars will complement this immersion, particularly around Graduate Programs or the future professions of logistics and Supply Chain.

Each year, an average of twenty interns and nearly thirty apprentices join the teams of ADEO and Leroy Merlin France, in a variety of functions (marketing, sales, data, HR, supply chain, etc.).

It is a reciprocal approach, where everyone learns from each other.

Beyond educational projects, the partnership includes the participation of both companies in major events organized by the School: business forums, Hauts de France Business Meetings, Networking Lunches… all privileged opportunities for recruiters to present their opportunities to preselected groups of students. Leroy Merlin France is also a partner of the Retail Management and Business Development master program since its launch in 2018.

Finally, both groups will also participate in key institutional events, such as admission juries for oral exams, thus contributing to the selection of future IÉSEG students.
