Results of the 2020 survey of young graduates from IÉSEG

Conférence des Grandes ÉcolesEvery year, the Conférences des Grandes Écoles (CGE) conducts a survey related to the recruitment of young graduates from the French Grandes Écoles.

Here are some of the key figures concerning graduates from IÉSEG’s Grande École (GE) Master in management program (the survey was conducted in the first months of the year with graduates from the 2019 promotion of the GE program):

Time taken to find first job: 90.7% of those graduates in work surveyed found their first job either before leaving the School (77.3%) or within two months of leaving.
Salaries: The average annual salary (bonus included) of young IÉSEG graduates was €42 025.
International dimension: more than one-quarter (28.1 %) of young graduates began their careers abroad.
