Facilitating access to housing for its future students: IÉSEG signs a partnership with Studapart

One of the major challenges for any student is finding decent, affordable accommodation close to their campus. To make this essential step in their journey easier, IÉSEG has strengthened its commitment to welcoming its future students through a partnership with Studapart, a platform specialising in student accommodation. This partnership, which is open to all French and international students who will be joining the School at the start of the next academic year, gives them access to a wide range of secure and flexible accommodation options and a simplified search process.

A simplified and secure housing solution thanks to Studapart

Futre IÉSEG students can now log on to a dedicated platform that centralizes a wide range of student accommodation options close to the two campuses – Lille and Paris-La Défense – making it easier to find a place to live.

This partnership with Studapart offers many advantages:
> A wide choice of accommodation: the platform offers a variety of accommodation to suit all needs, including studios, shared apartments and rooms in private homes, close to the campuses (and even throughout France) and for flexible rental periods ranging from 1 to 24 months.
> Guaranteed security: each listing is carefully checked to ensure that the accommodation offered is compliant and reliable.
> Enhanced protection against the unexpected: Studapart includes coverage against fraud, last-minute cancellations, and non-compliant accommodation. Cancellation insurance is also available, offering students essential flexibility in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
> Personalized support: advisors are available six days a week to guide students throughout their search. In addition, informational webinars are held between May and July to answer questions from students, particularly those coming from abroad.

This partnership with Studapart complements other existing solutions, enabling IÉSEG to better support its students in their search for accommodation.

Paris – La Défense campus: a range of housing solutions for more peaceful accommodation

The IÉSEG campus in the Paris region, located in the heart of the dynamic La Défense district, benefits from several partnerships with private student residences. These partnerships give students access to furnished and secure accommodation close to the School.

The partner residences (Résidence Campuséa, Estudines Grande Arche, Estudines Nanterre, Melon District Paris-La Défense, Résidence Pythagore Grande Arche) offer accommodation tailored to student life, with special conditions for IÉSEG students. These residences often provide additional services, such as simplified administration and common areas to encourage interaction between students.

This range of partner residences complements the other options offered by Crous Paris, as well as opportunities for shared accommodation with a senior citizen and private rentals.

Lille Campus – a wide range of accommodation options

The Lille campus, located in the heart of a dynamic and well-connected student city, offers a wide range of accommodation options.

Less than a 15-minute walk from the campus, managed by FONCIA, IÉSEG offers its future students accommodation ranging from studios to one-bedroom apartments in its IÉSEG CONCORDIA residence. This residence, exclusively reserved for IÉSEG students, offers a quiet and secure living environment.

As a member of the Université Catholique de Lille, IÉSEG students, like the 42,000 other students at the Catholic University of Lille, have access to the “ALL” services, which supports all students in their daily lives through catering, housing, health, social services, and sports.
Each year, no fewer than 1,400 rooms are offered to first-year students and international students in one of the 20 university residences, all located less than 10 km from the Vauban district (and always close to public transportation) with rents ranging from €350 to €710.
Available for one semester (starting August 1 or January 1, one-year contracts with early departure possible) or for one academic year (starting August 1), all rooms are furnished and eligible for APL or ALS housing assistance.
In these secure residences, which are welcoming places to live and socialize, students from all programs at the Catholic University of Lille come together, fostering openness, curiosity, and mutual support among students.

Last but not least, there are the options offered by the CROUS de Lille (9,345 places ranging from single rooms to three-bedroom apartments in 35 university residences reserved for students) and shared accommodation with a senior citizen.
