The CIC bank Business Game

On the 4th, 5th and 6th of April, 17 managers from the CIC North West bank came to the IESEG Paris campus, at La Defense, for a special learning experience.
As part of this made-to-measure “Manager Developer” cross-learning session, those high potential managers from CIC took charge of a fictitious company for 3 days.
In a competitive environment where each decision has an impact, participants have to face unexpected events and make the company growth in a stable and sustainable way.
