IÉSEG’s 2024–2025 Social and Environmental Impact Report

With the publication of its 2024-2025 Impact Report , IÉSEG highlights concrete actions, supported by its entire ecosystem, to address major social and environmental challenges.

This year, the school’s commitment is demonstrated by impressive figures: 81% of courses in the Grande École Program now cover sustainability issues, including 61 courses entirely dedicated to the subject. A total of 3,400 m² of rooftops have been greened on the Lille and Paris-La Défense campuses. Regarding research activities, 41% of funding is devoted to projects with a social and environmental impact. Finally, 46% of start-ups that have joined the IÉSEG Incubator are impact-driven companies.

The School is also strengthening its positive influence through strategic partnerships, notably with teale, a platform dedicated to mental health, and Cofidis, which has donated €300,000 to support equal opportunities.

This commitment extends beyond graduation, with more than a third of alumni now working in roles related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This dynamic has been recognized internationally with the School receiving the United Nations PRME Education Award, which rewards the School’s dedication to responsible education.

By placing environmental and social responsibility at the heart of its strategy, IÉSEG confirms, year after year, its position as a leading player in training for a sustainable economy and a responsible professional world.
