Career Day 2018

IÉSEG recently organized the 7th edition of its Career Day on February 9th, 2018. This career forum brought together 150 companies like Danone (sponsor of the 2018 class), the Adecco Group, Accor Hotels, Oracle, Amazon, etc., as well as other groups that participated for the first time (Tata Communications, OCP Répartition and Sodexo). A number of SMEs, start-ups and NGOs (ATD Quart Monde, Enfants du Mékong) also attended, meaning that representatives from a wide range of sectors were present (industry, distribution, textile, bank/insurance, pharmacy, etc.)

Over 1,300 students from the Paris and Lille campuses participated in this event. This was a great opportunity for students from the Grande Ecole Program (in their last year of their Bachelor or at the Master level), Postgraduate Programs, and for young alumni to exchange directly with a multitude of companies and to apply directly for internship and job offers.

“I like how IÉSEG students are audacious and motivated. They are also energetic and are eager to have responsibilities,” explained Eléonore de Lagarde, Manager of the Sourcing & Employer branding team at Danone.

The IÉSEG Career Day forum is just one of IÉSEG’s activities that provide companies with the opportunity to discuss with and recruit some of the School’s talented individuals (these include recruitment forums, recruitment sessions, job meetings, and “networking Thursdays”, etc.). The School’s students are thus supported throughout their studies by the Talent program, which helps them create a professional project and with their integration and next steps in the French and international job markets.
