IÉSEG graduates doing well in the labour market – 2017 survey

Conférence des Grandes ÉcolesIn 2017, more than 30 French Business/Management Schools, including IÉSEG, took part in a survey led by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE) relating to the recruitment of young graduates from the French Grandes Écoles.

Here are some of the key figures concerning graduates from IÉSEG’s Grande École (GE) Master in management program (the survey was conducted in the first three months of the year with graduates from the 2016 promotion of the GE program):

  • Employment: 90% of our graduates (in work) surveyed found their first job either before leaving the School (80.4%) or within two months of leaving (9.6%).
  • Salaries: The average annual salary (bonus included) of young IÉSEG graduates was €41 983 (a rise from € 38 063 last year).
  • International dimension: Nearly one third (31.3%) of young graduate began their careers abroad while 61.6 % have a function linked with international activities.
  • The types of job functions reflect the broad and generalist nature of the School’s 5-year Grande École management program:
