As the Regional Category Manager for Latin America, I oversee the Logistics, Warehousing, and Packaging categories across 18 countries in the region. My role focuses on developing and implementing sourcing strategies, driving continuous process improvements, introducing conceptual changes, mitigating risks, and achieving sustainable cost savings for the company.

Thanks to this International MBA at IÉSEG I had the opportunity to live in a vibrant and multicultural city like Paris, which greatly enriched both my personal and professional perspectives. I also built lasting friendships with people from all over the world, expanding my global network and broadening my worldview. I attended courses taught by highly competitive professors whose expertise and insights have been instrumental in my current professional development.

Without a doubt, it was a life-changing experience that marked a turning point in my life!

I particularly enjoyed the courses in Strategic Management, Emerging Technologies, Sustainability Challenges, Accounting Management. These were demanding subjects that helped me develop a more managerial mindset, focusing on overall company strategy and informed decision-making. They also highlighted the importance of adapting to global trends in today’s fast-changing business environment.

The program equipped me with practical tools to tackle daily challenges in my role and taught me the best approaches to overcome them. I developed stronger leadership skills and learned to view my contributions from a strategic perspective, aiming to support the company’s overall success beyond the boundaries of my specific function.

Looking ahead, I aspire to continue growing within the field of supply chain, taking on roles with greater global responsibility. My goal is to lead diverse teams, drive impactful transformation projects, and contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable sourcing strategies on a larger scale. The solid foundation IÉSEG provided has given me the confidence and capabilities to pursue these ambitions and to adapt to the evolving demands of the international business landscape.

Having the opportunity to travel to more than ten countries during this experience has provided me with a wealth of invaluable personal insights and memories. Each destination offered unique challenges and perspectives, allowing me to broaden my horizons, adapt to new cultures, and develop a deeper understanding of the world. These journeys have not only enriched my life but have also contributed significantly to my personal growth, shaping the person I am today. I truly cherish the lessons and experiences I gained along the way.
