12th edition of the CRÉENSO Prize: discover the social companies supported by IÉSEG students

On February 2nd, the 12th edition of the CRÉENSO Prize, the national prize for social business creators, was officially launched. Created in 2011 by IÉSEG and the Ceetrus Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, led and managed by Nhood France, the CRÉENSO Prize has already rewarded more than 120 social enterprises. It has thus enabled these young companies that focus on the human and social dimension to develop and increase their visibility and reputation. It has also contributed to the emergence of a new generation of responsible entrepreneurs at IÉSEG.

This year, ten companies were selected by the jury of professionals and students.

During the academic year, one or two students in the Master cycle of the Grande École program will assist and support a winning social business creator in one of the major areas related to his or her studies, depending on the needs of the project supported: Marketing, Communication, Audit, Management Control, Human Resources, Management… This sponsorship of skills is integrated into the students’ curriculum and allows them to experience a concrete situation of business consulting.

During this kick-off session, the ten entrepreneurs had the opportunity to meet their partner students and to start their collaboration with their first working meeting. At the end of the academic year, the best projects will be rewarded with a global financial prize of 25 000€.
