The mission of IÉSEG is to prepare the actors of change who will contribute to the development of responsible, innovative and humanistic companies in an international context: “Empowering changemakers for a better society”.

In order to create the knowledge that will allow the emergence of these ‘innovative’ leaders, all IÉSEG’s permanent professors conduct joint research and teaching activities. These research activities support their teaching and interactions with companies and all stakeholders.

Thanks to the cooperation between IÉSEG and the online media “The Conversation France”, IÉSEG’s professors share the results of their research to shed light on and analyze current issues and problematics that managers of organizations and companies face every day.
