IÉSEG and Cegos combine their expertise to offer a tailor-made program to over 650 managers from the Covéa Group
The “Horizons Managers de Managers” program for Covéa executives and senior managers has been specially designed to meet the need for a common managerial culture among managers at all levels.
For this “out of the ordinary” course, part of which was run remotely during the Covid period, IÉSEG and Cegos came up with multiple ways of engaging and training participating managers: a digital welcome kit, a self-diagnostic to guide participants through the 8-sprint course, inspiring conferences and kick-off and wrap-up events. Each sprint, tailor-made for Covéa, focuses on a different theme, such as “Giving meaning to transformation”, “Managing paradoxes and deciding in a VUCA world”, or “Developing a manager-coach posture”.
Directors have seen an evolution in their managers’ cooperation and collaboration practices, a better understanding of the company’s strategic vision, greater adaptability and a “manager-coach” stance after following the program. Participants found the course culturally enriching, enabling them to accelerate their network. Conceived as a breathing space, it enabled them to increase their self-confidence and resilience.
