Throughout the year, we provide your company with the opportunity to interact with and recruit a diverse range of up-and-coming managers (French and non-French speaking apprentices, trainees, recent graduates).

Some forums “100% digital” are also set up throughout the year to allow you to meet our students easily. This new formula also allows you to optimize your time and resources (scheduling interviews according to your agenda) as well as enhance your employer brand through your virtual booth.

IÉSEG Career Day – Formula 100% digital

Date: Thursday 5th and Friday 6th November 2020, from 9am to 6pm – ONLINE EVENT

Take part in a recruitment day in Paris – La Défense during which you will meet and exchange with students, mainly from the Grande Ecole Program (Master’s level), but also from the Post Graduate Programs (mostly non-French speaking students), as well as our young graduates. What you can offer to our students:

  • Internships (6 months) or gap years “césures”

  • Consulting Projects: 6-month pedagogical experience by which a student works as a junior consultant for your company on a specific business issue. The objective is to get an external point of view and generate new ideas that will enable you to move forward on your current projects in France or abroad.

IÉSEG Audit Fair

Date: November 20th 2020, from 2pm to 5:30pm, in Paris-La Défense Campus

Participate in a half-day recruitment session in Paris-La Défense Campus, during which you will be able to meet and exchange with Master students interested in Auditing. What you can offer to our students:

  • Internships (6 months) or gap years (“césures”)
  • Apprenticeship contracts in Auditing, Management Control and Corporate Finance
  • Consulting Projects: 6-month pedagogical experience by which a student works as a junior consultant for your company on a specific business issue. The objective is to get an external point of view and generate new ideas that will enable you to move forward on your current projects in France or abroad.

Bachelor Fair

Date : 25th March 2021 (afternoon), in IÉSEG Campuses Paris – La Défense & Lille

Meet 2nd year bachelor students from the Grande École Bachelor program as well as Bachelors in International Business program and offer them:

  • Social and Professional internships: Discover the company and work environment through work experience requiring limited skills Examples: Shelving/Cashier in a retail sector, waitress, room service in a hotel Duration: 2 months minimum – between June and August
  • Sales internship: Understand the sales field and experience sales related jobs Examples: Sales associate, bank customer service Duration: 2 months minimum – between June and August

Virtual fairs facilitate internship or job recruitment, in France or abroad. Meet and discuss with IÉSEG students via a dedicated online platform. This online platform is very easy to use:

  • Get your virtual booth ready: presentation page of your company, jobs or internship offers, your availability for interviews.
  • Access to IÉSEG CVs in the database
  • Schedule interviews with suitable candidates
  • Meet and discuss with candidates by Skype or phone

Virtual fairs are free of charge and flexible. Schedule interviews according to your needs and availability. Once registered, you will be contacted 6 weeks before the beginning of the event regarding the creation of your virtual booth.
