IÉSEG and IÉSEG Network will award two young entrepreneurs from the community with the IÉSEG 2022 Entrepreneur Prize (8000€) and the Jury’s Favorite Prize (3000€). This prize is also the opportunity to highlight the French Tech and great entrepreneurial success stories! 

Which SaaS (Software as a Service) company doesn’t dream of reaching 10 million ARR*? Matera, a condominium management solution, has done just that and is now the fourth largest player in the sector in France. The start-up has already launched in Germany last year and has no intention of stopping there!

To discover the keys to Matera’s success and the different stages of the start-up’s launch, we invite you to a conference hosted by Raphaël DI MEGLIO, co-founder of Matera. He will be present to talk about his experience and answer all your questions! The conference will be followed by the presentation of the Entrepreneur 2022 awards and a cocktail reception.

MATERA, what is it?

Created in 2017, Matera allows co-owners to manage their building themselves without a professional syndic. Gone are the days of outsourced management and slowing down middlemen, Matera gives the power back to the people who are best placed to take care of their building and their living space: the co-owners themselves.

Thanks to an online platform that automates all the common tasks of the condominium and direct access to experts and craftsmen, the management of the condominium is simplified. The result? A gain in time, efficiency, user-friendliness, and an average of 30% savings on charges for client co-ownerships.

After its successful entry into the French market – 200 employees, 4,000 condominiums, and 100,000 clients in France – Matera is now launching in Germany before tackling the rest of Europe with the ambition of becoming the reference company and expert on all issues related to condominiums, housing, and habitat.

*ARR or “Annual recurring revenue” is an indicator that predicts for SaaS – Software as a Service – companies the revenue for the year based on the number of subscriptions subscribed. These recurring revenues are particularly useful for companies to plan for the future and reassure investors.
