Registration fees

The registration fee includes the AIM membership for 2016, conference materials, coffee breaks, meals, cocktail and gala dinner.

Confirmation of registration & payment

In order to confirm and complete your registration, you will receive a registration code and password on your e-mail account for login. Once you have received your login information, please click on the link provided in the registration confirmation e-mail so you can log in and make your secured payment online. Your registration will be fully completed after payment.

Attendees who have registered, paid and not received confirmation within 14 days of payment, should contact aim2016@ieseg.fr

Guest registration

Attendees registered as “GUEST” cannot be AIM members, active or otherwise. Guests will be provided with “GUEST” badges permitting access to the conference social events. Attendees registered as GUESTS are not permitted access to the AIM colloquium. To attend any sessions, guests must pay and register at the full registration rate.

Terms and conditions – cancellation/refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to aim2016@ieseg.fr at least 14 days prior to the colloquium. A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged on all cancellations between 8 and 2 weeks prior to the conference; thereafter the full fee will be charged.

Invoice

On the basis of the registration data basis, each delegate will receive an invoice upon arrival at the colloquium.

Mode of payment

Registration will not be processed without payment. Payment may be made as follows:

THE DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD IS 10^th MAY 2016.

Bank Transfer:

Transfers made must be exempt of charges to IESEG School of Management. In order to ensure that your payment is identified, please indicate clearly your full name and affiliation, followed by “AIM 2016”. Please allow enough time for bank transfers to be received by the deadline. If in doubt consult your bank to be sure.
