IÉSEG School of Management is the host of the 3rd French Workshop on Corporate Governance to be held on June 21, 2018 on Paris campus. The workshop brings together young scholars who work in the domain of corporate governance and corporate finance at French research institutions. The featuring keynote speaker is Dr. Henri Servaes, Richard Brealey Professor of Corporate Governance, Professor of Finance at London Business School. Dr. Servaes is the author of over 30 published articles in the leading peer-reviewed academic journals on topics related to corporate governance, corporate financial policies, corporate organizational structure, corporate valuation, and corporate social responsibility. The title of his keynote talk is The Role of Social Capital in Corporations.
