Discover the winners of the IÉSEG 2022 Entrepreneur Prize

Every year, IÉSEG Network, the School’s alumni association, and the IÉSEG Incubator organize the Entrepreneur Prize (Prix de l ‘Entrepreneur IÉSEG), a competition dedicated to students and graduates of the School who have created their company within the last 5 years.

For its 7th edition, more than 30 applications were submitted to the jury, composed this year of :

– Pierre CHALLAN BELVAL, Innovation Delegate at BPI France – Ile-de-France Network
– Laure QUEDILLAC, Director of Corporate Relations at IÉSEG
– Nicolas RIZK, Co-founder of Campus Fund
– Théo ROBACHE, Entrepreneur and Manager of the IÉSEG Network Entrepreneurs Club

Represented by IÉSEG graduates or students, the 6 finalists were auditioned on Thursday, March 31, 2022 and each had 20 minutes to convince: 10 minutes of pitch and 10 minutes of questions and answers. The finalist start-ups were:

  • Mobius, founded by Sophie de Courson (Grande École 2019) and Victor Lescure
  • Selvitys, founded by Killian Lextrait, Raphaël Jasmin and Benjamin Alt (Master students at IÉSEG)
  • Flying for you, founded by Cheikh Kane (Grande École 2020)
  • The Art Cycle, founded by Julie Gueudet (Grande École 2018)
  • Lunettes de ZAC, founded by Ophélie Vanbremeersch (Master in International Business student)
  • ForESTIME, founded by Caroline Forest (Grande École 1992)

The event continued with a sharing of experiences that highlighted a great entrepreneurial success story: Matera! Moderated by Raphaël Di Meglio, co-founder of Matera, the conference was entitled “From 1 to 10 million ARR in less than 4 years: Matera, a European success story! After a moment of discussion, the winners were finally revealed…

After deliberation, the jury chose to award Lunettes de ZAC, represented by Ophélie Vanbremeersch, the IÉSEG 2022 Entrepreneur Prize, worth 8,000 euros. Its concept? Collecting and refurbishing unused glasses and sunglasses and create jobs for people with disabilities.

The Jury’ Special Prize, worth 3,000 euros, awarded by IÉSEG Network, went to the start-up ForESTIME, represented by Caroline Forest. This brand offers practical, easy to put on and fashionable clothes for seniors.
